Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
staXscale Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Last updated: March 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines what you can and can’t do with staXscale’s services. It exists to keep our systems safe, legal, and fair for everyone. By using staXscale, you agree to follow this AUP – and to make sure your users do too.
1. Platform compliance
staXscale runs on Google Cloud infrastructure. As such, customers must also comply with Google Cloud’s Acceptable Use Policy. Violations of Google Cloud’s AUP are considered violations of this policy.
2. Prohibited activities
You may not use staXscale services to host, transmit, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. Prohibited activities include, but aren’t limited to:
- Illegal or harmful content: Anything unlawful, terroristic, abusive, or promoting violence, discrimination, or self-harm. This includes material involving minors or sexual exploitation of any kind.
- Resource abuse: Cryptocurrency mining, bulk scraping, automated database spamming, or any process that unfairly strains shared resources or disrupts system performance.
- Spam and bulk messaging: Sending unsolicited or deceptive marketing emails, messages, or posts.
- Security violations: Attempting to hack, probe, or disrupt any system or network – whether ours or anyone else’s.
- Intellectual property violations: Hosting or distributing pirated, “nulled,” or unlicensed software, media, or data.
- Malware or phishing: Distributing viruses, keyloggers, spyware, or deceptive sites meant to steal personal information.

3. User-generated content
If you host or enable user-generated content (like forums, comments, or uploads), you’re responsible for moderating it. Upon notice, you must remove any illegal or policy-violating material promptly. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of your account.
4. Enforcement
staXscale reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. We may suspend or terminate services (with or without notice) if you breach these terms or Google Cloud’s AUP.
We cooperate with law enforcement when required and may voluntarily provide information or access to your data if we believe illegal activity is involved.
5. Reporting abuse
If you become aware of any misuse or violation of this policy, please report it to [email protected]. We take all reports seriously and will review each in accordance with applicable laws and our Terms of Service.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this AUP periodically. Substantial updates will be noted on our site. Continued use of staXscale services after changes take effect means you accept the revised version.
staXscale reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether any activity violates this policy.
