We’re not your typical rise & grind tech bro company – staXscale is a thoughtful, U.S.-based, fully remote company building next-gen site infrastructure for creators, publishers, and teams who outgrow the “cheap and cheerful” hosts that treat uptime like a suggestion.
We’re bootstrapped, profitable by design, and built by people who’ve actually run content businesses – not just server farms. Our ethos is simple: creators deserve infrastructure that actually works their way and sets them up for success.
How we work
Remote-first, forever. We hire humans, not zip codes.
Async-friendly. We believe in fewer meetings and more meaningful updates. Efficiency matters when you’re moving quickly.
Builder mindset. Titles are light; accountability is heavy.
Transparency over perfection. We’d rather ship, learn, and iterate than sit in analysis purgatory.
We’re grown-ups. No tracking mouse jigglers or “culture decks” written by consultants. We hire adults and trust them to act like it.

Who we’re building with
Right now, staXscale is a small founding team made up of creators, engineers, and operators. We’re in that fun, messy, pre-scale stage where everyone wears twelve hats. Most startups glorify that part and use silly language around it, but we understand that it’s a big ask of early hires, and that you deserve deep respect accordingly. It’s why we reject the 996 (work 9am-9pm, 6 days a week) movement popular in The Bay.
We’d prefer that you still be on our team in 10 years, not hustled, ground, and dead from burnout.On top of that, we’ll be growing carefully – not recklessly. When we hire, it’ll be for roles that truly move the needle, like:
